The downtown Arts and Entertainment District is in effect Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 9:30 p.m.
A specific boundary is set for the Arts and Entertainment District. Participating on-premise alcohol retailers located within that boundary can serve to-go alcoholic beverages in the approved cup.
During the Arts and Entertainment District’s hours of operation, you may exit any participating on-premise alcohol retailer with your alcoholic beverage only if it is contained in an approved cup. While you can purchase two alcoholic beverages per adult, you are only allowed to leave with one alcoholic beverage per adult.
Once you have exited the participating establishment, you may not take the branded container to any other licensed alcohol retailer. You may carry your alcoholic beverage in the approved cup within the boundary area during the times designated for the Arts and Entertainment District.
You must dispose of or recycle your container before you exit the Arts and Entertainment district. No cups are allowed outside of the designated area or inside any vehicle.
